the room was very clean. the decor was great, i liked it. the location was great too. there were local shops very nearby for buying additional breakfast items.
the room was cold. the windows are single glaze so there is easy. the radiator was off though the hallways were heated. the room is very small for two people.

the front door is heavy. it is not linked to any kind of door closing mechanism. the door slams often and loudly at all times.

the room included a kettle and tea with biscuits. the information booklet was very useful. the kitchen was well stocked and set out suitably for efficient self service. i would definitely keep it in mind for future visits. i especially valued the affordable price. thanks to the owners for a smooth experience.
i noticed the outside smoking area had some cans and rubbish. it's a minor issue, but attention to this area would improve the overall impression.

the self check-in was smooth it was quite convenient.
the pillows had black smudge marks all over them i found this very unhygienic it made the room feel unclean the small size of the room was also a problem i expected more space for the price i paid the lack of staff meant there was no one to address these issues promptly

i found on site parking so convenient. self check in proved very easy! rooms were comfortable, and clean. It was close enough to both university, and botanic gardens.
